This Privacy Policy describes how CodeKids ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data of users of the CodeKids educational platform.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and applicable international regulations.

• Identity data: name, email address;
• Demographic data: date of birth, role (student / teacher);
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, activity logs;
• Payment data: transaction info (card numbers are not stored);
• Learning data: course progress, task results.

• User registration and authentication;
• Delivery of educational services and progress tracking;
• Payment processing and subscription management;
• Technical support and platform improvement;
• Compliance with applicable law;
• Sending service notifications.

We process personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (public offer);
• Compliance with legal obligations.

For users under 18, processing requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.
