Public Offer Agreement

Provider — CodeKids LLC, owner of the CodeKids educational platform.

User / Customer — an individual who accepts this offer by registering on the Platform.

Platform — the codekids.ru website and associated applications.

Subscription — paid access to Platform educational content under a chosen plan.

The Provider grants the Customer access to educational courses, lessons, tasks, and related Platform features ("Services"), and the Customer agrees to pay for the chosen plan as set out herein.

This offer is accepted by any of the following actions:

• Creating an account on the Platform;
• Paying for any subscription plan;
• Using paid content on the Platform.

Current plans are listed on the Billing page. Payment is processed via integrated payment services. Card data is not stored by the Provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Maintain 24/7 platform availability subject to maintenance windows;
• Notify users of changes to terms, pricing, or planned maintenance;
• Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Provide accurate registration data;
• Not share account credentials with third parties;
• Not reproduce or commercially distribute Platform content without permission;
• Cancel subscription at any time.

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of their first payment if the services have not been used. Contact support@codekids.ru. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months.

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite term. The Customer may terminate by cancelling the subscription. The Provider may terminate with 30 days' email notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through a pre-trial claims procedure (30-day response period), and if unresolved, in courts at the Provider's location.
