Personal Data Processing Consent

You consent to processing of the following personal data:

• Email address;
• Date of birth;
• Platform role (student / teacher);
• Activity data: course progress, tasks, achievements;
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device info.

• Account creation and management;
• Access to educational content;
• Learning personalization and progress tracking;
• Payment processing and subscription management;
• Service notifications;
• Platform security and maintenance.

Data is processed using automated means: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer (as described in the Privacy Policy), anonymization, and deletion.

Consent is valid from registration until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted. After deletion, data is retained for periods required by applicable law (generally 3 years for tax and archival purposes).

Data may be shared with payment processors and infrastructure providers solely for service delivery. See the Privacy Policy for details.

For users under 18 (Student role), processing requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. By checking the relevant box at registration, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian and consent on behalf of the minor.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@codekids.ru or deleting your account in Platform settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
